两点。一个是量变引起质变,你现在的累计运动量还没到引起质变的程度。第二是你跑的还不够慢,控制到有氧运动范围,就是可以一边跑步一边和人聊天的速度,就不累了。

哈哈,我去年跑的频才是一周两三次,今年比较懒,四天才跑一次,如果一个礼拜能跑四五次我觉得能好一点。
